F-4EJ改のレドームは、ライトニングストリップが装着された状態を再現しています。ライトニングスト
リップのモールドと干渉する関係で、ピトー管も付属しており、2〜3本の予備も用意しています。
キットのパーツ設計は、パーツの分割に合わせたものとなっており、レドーム後方部分についても、実機のパネル割りやファスナーの配置を参考に細部まで忠実に再現しました。ガンスカベンジドアは、エンジンカット後の駐機中の状態を想定してオープン状態でモデリングしています。また、機体の横滑りを検知するためのヨーストリングを結びつける部分も丁寧に再現しました。
ノーズ下面のM61機関砲を収めるフェアリングは、実機の形状に基づき前脚庫の前方までパーツ化しています。M61機関砲の6本の銃身も再現し、別パーツにすることで塗り分けがしやすい設計にしました。また、エア抜きのルーバーも精密にモデリングしています。
※前脚庫前部分のM61機関砲フェアリングを組み込むには、キットの一部を切除する必要があります

《4856》1/48 F-4EJ Kai Nose (For Hasegawa)
The radome of the F-4EJ Kai is faithfully recreated, complete with molded lightning strips.
Due to the molding of the lightning strips, pitot tubes are included, along with 2-3 spares.
The design aligns with the kit's part division, and the rear of the radome reflects the actual panel lines and fastener layout of the real aircraft.
The gun scavenger door is modeled in the open position, depicting the aircraft parked after engine shutdown.
The attachment point for the yaw string, which detects the aircraft's lateral movement, is also carefully reproduced.
The fairing beneath the nose, housing the M61 Vulcan cannon, extends forward to the nose landing gear bay, based on the actual aircraft's design.
The six barrels of the M61 are rendered as separate parts to facilitate detailed painting, and the vent louvers are intricately modeled.
*Modifications to the kit are required to install the M61 fairing in front of the nose landing gear bay.
