《4827》1/48 F-2A インテーク[着陸状態]（ハセガワ用）

●内容
1/48 F-2A インテーク[着陸状態]を3Dモデリング＋3Dプリントによって制作しました。 ※画像は試作の為、グレーの成型色ですが、製品版は白の成型色です。 貼り合わせ面の処理が難しいインテーク部分を、3Dプリントパーツとすることで処理を不要にしました。実機の観察と、3Dプリントの成型により、表面のスクリューやパネル接合部、補強板などを再現しています。 解像度の高い8Kプリンタによる出力で、積層痕を低減しました。白いUVレジンで出力することで、インテーク内面や脚庫内の塗装下処理を簡便にしました（3Dプリントパーツは、プライマーやサフェーサによる下塗りをしなくても、塗装可能です）
セット内容は下記6点
【インテーク・ダクト】
内面には、実機の観察をもとにスクリューやパネルの接合部分を再現しています。インテーク部分、ダクト部分は別パーツですが、その接合部分は実機でも分割線が見られるので、処理は必要ありません。
【前脚カバー】
前脚のストラットは強度を優先してキットのパーツを使います。キットのパーツを正確に取り付けることができるように、取付部を設計しています。
【エンジンファン】
F110-IHI-129の形状を再現しています。実機を観察して、脚庫内の油圧配管や配線をできるかぎり再現しました。
【アンテナブレード】
下面のアンテナブレードは、空中給油対応により機体上部から移設後の状態を再現しています。アンテナブレードの塗り分けを容易にし、欠損しづらくするために別パーツにしました。
【開閉用アクチュエーター】
脚の上げ下げを行うアクチュエータと、位置決めを行うトーバーは、キットパーツにあわせたパーツが付属します。脚扉も裏側や厚み、開閉ヒンジやアクチュエータを再現した3Dプリントパーツが付属します。
【航法灯】
クリアレジンで成形した、透明な着陸灯・航法灯パーツが付属します。

● Contents
1/48 F-2A intake [ground state] has been produced by 3D modeling + 3D printing.
By making it an integrated 3D printed part, it is no longer necessary to process the seam lines of the intake part, which was very difficult.
Screws on surface, panel joints, reinforcing plates, etc. are reproduced by observing the actual aircraft and molding with 3D printing.
Printed with a high-resolution 8K printer to reduce stacking marks. By printing with white UV resin, the inner surface of the intake and the inside of the foothold can be easily painted. (3D printed parts can be painted without a primer or surfacer undercoat.)

The set includes the following 6 parts.

[Intake duct]
Based on researching the actual aircraft, the screw and the joint part of the panel are reproduced on the inner surface. The intake part and the duct part are separate parts, but the joint line can be seen in the actual aircraft, so there is no need to process it.

[Cover of the front landing gear]
For the struts of the landing gear, the plastic parts included in the kit should be used, giving priority to strength. The mounting part is designed so that the parts of the kit can be installed accurately.

[Engine fan]
The shape of F110-IHI-129 is reproduced. By researching the actual aircraft, the hydraulic piping and wiring in the landing gear storage are well reproduced .

[Antenna blade]
On the bottom surface of the antenna blade, the state after relocation from the upper part of the aircraft by supporting air refueling is reproduced.
The parts are divided to make it easier to paint the antenna blade separately and prevent it from being damaged.

[Actuator for opening and closing]
An actuator that raises and lowers the landing gear and the parts which fit the kit parts are included. The landing gear door also comes with 3D printed parts that the back side, thickness, opening and closing hinges and actuators are reproduce.

[Navigation lights]
Comes with transparent landing light and navigation light parts molded with clear resin.

The details like the piping in the landing gear storage are accurately reproduced.
The product version is printed with white resin, so the inside of the intake is perfect even if you don't paint on it.
In addition, the navigation light is a separate part made of clear resin.
