《4860》1/48 F-8Eクルセイダー外翼(折り畳み)(ハセガワ用)

外翼が折りたたまれた状態が再現できるディテールアップパーツです。
ハセガワ製キットの主翼パーツから外翼部分を切除し、本パーツを取り付けることで、F-8E クルセイダーの外翼を折りたたんだ状態を再現することができます。
外翼部分を切除するためのテンプレートも付属しており、切除ラインを正確に把握できます。

折りたたまれたことで露出する主翼断面の構造やロック機構は、ディテールにこだわって精密にモデリングしています。
また、翼面はキットのモールドの雰囲気に調和させつつ、実機を参考にパネルラインやスクリューのモールドを再現しました。
外翼の前縁フラップ部分についても、折りたたみ状態に合わせた専用形状のパーツが付属します。

[4860] F-8 Crusader Folding Outer Wing (for Hasegawa)

F-8E Crusader Folding Outer Wing This detail-up part enables the
recreation of the folded state of the outer wing. By removing the outer wing section from the main wing part of the Hasegawa kit and attaching this part, you can replicate the folded outer wings of the F-8E Crusader.

The set includes a template for cutting the outer wing section, ensuring precise identification of the cut lines.

The structure of the wing cross-section and locking mechanism, exposed due to folding, has been meticulously modeled with attention to detail. Furthermore, the wing surface has been designed to harmonize with the kit’s molded texture, replicating panel lines and screw molds based on the actual aircraft.

The front edge flap of the outer wing is also included as a dedicated part tailored for the folded state.
