Zero Fighter and Early Japanese Naval Aircraft Compilation
This is the third installment of the comprehensive collection "Japanese Aircraft Encyclopedia" serialized in the monthly magazine "Model Art." Mr. Kunihiko Sato, whose father was a former pilot in the Imperial Japanese Navy, compiles research findings based on extensive materials and testimonies of involved parties into illustrative content. This edition extensively examines early Japanese naval aircraft such as the Zero Fighter Type 52, Type 10 Carrier-Based Fighter, F-5 Flying Boat, Type 96 Carrier-Based Fighter, Type 12 Carrier-Based Fighter, among others. Additionally, it verifies the details of landing experiments on the aircraft carrier "Hosho." Numerous newly drawn illustrations and archival photographs are also included.
